Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and dependable Housekeeper to join our household team and maintain a private residence in Frisco TX. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, take pride in their work, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

The Housekeeper will report directly to the Homeowner and work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the smooth, efficient, and well-maintained operation of the home.

Duties

The Housekeeper will oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the residence, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas. Duties include :

Cleaning and tidying all rooms and common spaces

Sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and countertops

Dusting furniture, décor, and baseboards

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

Making beds and changing linens

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen counters and appliances

Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen organization

Organizing closets, cabinets, and drawers

Washing interior windows as needed

Monitoring and restocking household and cleaning supplies

Preparing guest rooms for visitors

Occasional grocery shopping

Skills

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.

Attention to Detail : Must demonstrate exceptional thoroughness and consistency in maintaining high cleaning standards.

Communication : Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with the Homeowner and other staff members.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move light to moderately heavy items, perform repetitive cleaning tasks, and stand for extended periods.

Professionalism & Discretion : Must maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of household occupants.
