Focus:

Serve as the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for extrusion blow molding, leading setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization efforts.

Operate and oversee production using advanced blow molding equipment, maintaining validated process conditions and ensuring high product quality.

Independently identify and resolve mechanical and processing issues to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Drive cleanroom manufacturing excellence through process improvements and equipment performance initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and production teams to meet operational goals.

Document processing parameters, establish best practices, and mentor junior technicians in EBM procedures.

Support continuous improvement, validation efforts, and scale-up of new molding processes.

Maintain compliance with all cleanroom, safety, and manufacturing protocols.

Skill Set:

5–7+ years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow molding operations, preferably in regulated manufacturing (medical, pharma, packaging).

Prior work with Bekum or comparable EBM machinery strongly preferred.

Proven success troubleshooting and optimizing blow molding processes independently.

No degree required—technical aptitude and hands-on expertise are the top priorities.

Must be comfortable in a cleanroom production environment.

Strong documentation habits and communication skills.
