Job Details :

• Practice Setting : Hospital Based General Surgery and Level 3 Trauma Center Coverage at a Community Hospital. May receive referrals or questions from APP that is working in the Office Practice regarding patients. Primary responsibility is Hospital General Surgery and Level 3 Trauma call coverage, general surgery consult coverage at the hospital.
• Call Ratio : 15-20 / 24 hours
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 10
• Trauma Level / Designation : Level 3
• Annual ER Volume : 27,000
• Documentation System / EMR : Epic
• Number of Operating Rooms : 10
• Number of General Surgeons in Practice : 1
• Description of OR Staff : Experienced well trained OR staff. Skilled at Robotic Surgical Procedures as well as all General Surgery Procedures.
• Patient Age Demographic : Primarily Adults age 18 and over. Pediatric and Adolescent patients are sent to the Childrens hospital that is near by.

Submission Requirements

Board Certified - REQUIRED

BLS / ACLS / ATLS Certified - REQUIRED

OH License - Highly preferred (will accept providers willing to obtain an OH license).

Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
