Also, Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and JEE to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on existing Liferay applications to ensure optimal performance. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards for Liferay. Stay updated with Liferay updates and features to leverage new capabilities for project enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and system performance. Analyze and resolve technical issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure software solutions are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements particularly in the HealthCare domain specially Employer and Broker . Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding practices and architecture design. Document software designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring alignment with business objectives.
