[job_card.job_description]Position is in a hospital Med / Surg Float Pool Night shift schedule from 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 30 am Float between multiple med / surg units as assigned by the Central Staffing Office Epic EMR is used and previous experience with Epic is required Competency testing is required; Med / Surg nurses with less than 2 years’ experience must pass testing within 2 attempts No blocked scheduling permitted More than three call outs in a 13-week period will result in termination; make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks from the last call out RTO (requested time off) must be submitted at time of application Local candidates who live within 50 miles or in specified counties are not eligible Travel pairs are not allowed for this assignment Active NY RN license required at time of application Minimum of 2 years recent Med / Surg experience is required Current AHA or RQI certifications are required Epic EMR experience required No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months Only U.S. Social Security Numbers accepted (no Canadian SIN) Flu vaccination required unless a medical exemption signed by a licensed professional is on file High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
