About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in brewing, production, sales, alcohol distribution, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&L, costs, sales growth, and brewery production, and experience as a General Manager or in multi-unit operations is preferred. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, acting as the second in command to the owner, and being actively involved in all aspects of the business, from production to customer relations. A passion for hospitality and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach are essential for this role.
