California Licensed Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Tax Manager with winery experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and review federal, state, and local tax returns for winery, vineyard, and agribusiness clients

Manage tax planning, compliance, and consulting projects specific to the wine industry

Oversee and review ASC 740 tax provision work and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA license, EA, or JD

5+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 2 years in the winery or agribusiness sector

Experience in reviewing complex tax returns and managing staff

Strong understanding of wine production cycles and agricultural cost accounting preferred
