About The Position

You will enjoy practicing in this Alabama town that offers a mild winter climate, affordable housing, and low property taxes. Located a few short miles from the state lines of Florida and Georgia, the area embraces the best that life has to offer, providing its residents not only modern conveniences and amenities of much larger cities, but also retains the charm and friendliness of the South. It is a tourist stop on the way to the Florida Panhandle and its best beaches, a bit over an hour drive away.

Your CompHealth recruiter will be your advocate assisting you with contract negotiation, including pay, benefits, and incentives with insights into facilities and national market trends.

  • Partnership after 2 years; ownership in the endoscopy center
  • $20k - $25k sign-on bonus; $15k for relocation assistance
  • 20 days of PTO plus holidays; 5 days of CME time with a $3k allowance
  • Mostly outpatient
  • Must be board certified or board eligible; fellowship required
  • 2 clinic and 3 procedure days from Monday through Friday; 2 weeks of call per year
