Assistant Controller

Here's what you'll do :

• Prepare all monthly financial reports, manage the general ledger, and serve as a technical advisor for accessing accounting systems.
• Coordinate the annual budget process and work with external auditors during the year-end audit.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Collaborate with the regional controller on regional strategy, projects, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely financial data analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal control structures and procedures for financial reporting.
• Resolve complex financial reporting issues.
• Manage the audit process and work with external auditors on accounting and reporting matters.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of internal reports, ensuring quality, reliability, and timeliness.
• Provide operational and technical accounting expertise to ensure adherence to GAAP, company policies, and regulations.
• Summarize findings on financial reports for senior management, auditors, and regulators.
• Lead and support future integration projects, lead the team through change, and participate in staff development.
