Job Description :

The Springs at Clackamas Woods is seeking an experienced  Executive Chef  to join our unique Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community. We value leadership, vision, and a commitment to excellence. As an Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and dining experiences to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with our Dining Room Manager to support the dining team professionally.
• Create varied menus for multiple styles of service, including catering for special events.
• Maintain a superior standard for high-quality dining experiences.
• Foster staff development, focusing on flavorful food and plate presentation.
• Ensure compliance with nutrition and special diet requirements.
