Customer Service Representative — Call Center

Location : Albuquerque New Mexico (statewide customer base)

Experience Level : Entry Level / Early Career

We're growing our customer care team and hiring customer‑focused representatives for our call center. If you’re energized by helping people, solving problems in one call, and building a long‑term career with a well‑known organization, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

• Support customers over phone, email, and live chat regarding their utility service needs.
• Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Resolve questions across New Mexico related to :

General service inquiries and account support

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
