About the Role :

We're seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to provide interim support to our Finance team during a key growth period. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, this role will partner closely with a collaborative team of six. We're looking for someone analytical, detail-focused, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as the FP&A Analyst :

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that drive planning and strategic decision-making.

Analyze data and create reporting that delivers actionable insights into financial results.

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Qualifications of the FP&A Analyst :

Solid FP&A experience with strong financial modeling capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Index-Match, complex formulas).

Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and contribute immediately.

Experience with Endur is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
