They have top of the line technicians to support the team and are looking for a professional who will put the customer first. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills. Our client is offering a base salary in the 60k - 80k / year range and an uncapped bonus / commission structure and continue to grow in the coming years. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401K, PTO, and much more.
