Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking multiple VH6 Associates to join their team. As a VH6 Associate, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department, supporting the fleet operations and BaseOps teams. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong communication skills, and will help with the daily upkeep of the vehicles with tasks such as cleaning, charging, and software setup; as well as ensuring the test site is organized and presentable for operations, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: VH6 Associate

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd available

Pay Range: $34/hr

What's the Job?

Ensure daily readiness of autonomous test vehicles, including cleaning, charging, and software setup

Support fleet logistics and inventory of spare parts

Assist in launching and verifying vehicle software and hardware configurations

Provide hands-on technical support to the BaseOps technicians (fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks, etc)

Help maintain site organization and assist BaseOps technicians with basic mechanical tasks

What's Needed?

24 years of relevant work experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shifts

Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel occasionally (less than 30%)

Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair is a plus
