TPA Analyst

A company is looking for a TPA Analyst responsible for assisting with plan administration and related tasks in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with processing on Defined Contribution Balance Forward administration, including recordkeeping and third-party administrator functions

Conduct data and asset reviews, periodic reporting, compliance processes, government filings, and distribution processing

Build knowledge in the field and take on increasing responsibilities related to plan administration for assigned clients

Required Qualifications

1-5 years of industry experience with expertise in retirement plans and strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans

Proficiency in the use of computers and general office equipment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support

Ability to work well in a team environment and take ownership of personal work products
