Position Overview

The Process Engineer works individually and collaboratively as part of the team to efficiently meet production requirements, in accordance with prescribed EHS and quality standards. Leads process changes and drives continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Improve Productivity

• Optimization of processes using time studies or data analysis
• Creation and implementation of standard work
• Work with area supervisor to drive productivity improvement and departmental (KPI&TTIs)

Improve Quality and Reduce Process Variation

Improve Flow of Product, Supplies and Information

Develop a Highly Effective, Cross-Trained Team

Pay Transparency

The current pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000 / yr. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
