Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - $2,920 per week

Title - Physical Therapist

Duration- 13 weeks (Extendable)

Shift - 5x8 Days 8am-5pm, weekdays only

PT needed for Rehab Services, ASAP start and for 13 weeks

Certs Required : BLS

Experience Required : strongly prefer at least 1 year experience

EMR - EPIC (recent experience / proficiency is required)

Candidates must have a NC license or Multistate license

Local Rules : No Candidates will be accepted if they reside less than 40 miles from facility. Drivers License MUST be provided for address verification prior to any offer acceptance.

All RTO must be submitted with profile.
