Billing Manager

What You’ll Do :

Lead billing processes for insurance and Medicaid submissions

Oversee payroll operations across multiple states

Manage and mentor a growing billing team

Ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulations

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams

Prepare billing and payroll reports for leadership

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

2+ years leadership experience in billing / payroll

Experience with healthcare or ABA billing preferred

Familiarity with Medicaid, private insurance, payroll compliance

Proficiency with systems like CentralReach, ADP, QuickBooks
