A company is looking for an Implementation Manager I - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and provide technical consultation for seamless implementation of SaaS solutions

Design and configure solutions to optimize system integration with existing business processes

Plan and execute implementation strategies, including testing and troubleshooting for reliable system setups

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a post-sales implementation role within a SaaS environment, preferably with public sector clients

Strong technical aptitude with experience in technologies such as GraphQL, Node-RED, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS / Azure

Proficient in enterprise server technology and ticketing systems

Strong analytical skills to communicate complex technical information effectively

Excellent documentation skills with a meticulous approach to solution design
