FI Manager

Job Description

Love a fast-paced sales environment and helping customers win Don Wood Polaris is seeking a high-energy Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing power sports this role youll be at the heart of the customer buying experienceguiding customers through financing solutions protection products and final paperwork while ensuring every deal is smooth transparent and positive. Youll work closely with our sales team to maximize customer satisfaction build long-term relationships and drive dealership success. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic dealership setting enjoys working with people and wants to grow their career in the exciting world of power sports.

Job Description

  • Present financing warranty and protection product options to customers
  • Deliver a smooth professional and positive customer experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize results and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately complete and process all finance and insurance paperwork
  • Support dealership goals for profitability and compliance

Job Requirements : Job Requirements

  • Previous sales or F&I experience (automotive or powersports experience preferred)
  • Strong communication presentation and closing skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Team Orientated with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer is a plus
