Join our team as a Security & Emergency Services this role you will be responsible for promoting the safety security and well-being of residents employees and visitors. The SES Manager delivers exceptional customer service and hospitality and fosters an environment of diversity inclusion and belonging.

Compensation : Between : $70153.00K - 87691.50K. Commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact

  • Assume overall responsibility for the safety security and well-being of the community
  • Conduct safety inspections testing and audits in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance
  • Identify safety / security risks and responds accordingly
  • Conduct investigations documents and preserves evidence as required
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable laws
  • Responds to incidents and emergencies of significance and serves as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authority
  • Serve as the liaison officer to external first responders

    • What you will need

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership (Fire / EMS / Law Enforcement) Emergency Management or comparable leadership experience
  • Current and valid drivers license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role
  • Emergency Medical Responder Certification (within 6 months of hire)
  • Professional Security Certification such as CPP PSP or CHPA (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months of hire
