Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Excellent Benefits

Are you passionate about helping patients regain mobility and return to the activities they love?

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll provide specialized care to individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Qualifications :

  • Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new grads welcome with strong ortho interest)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and manual therapy skills

What You'll Do :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab, joint injuries, fractures, and chronic musculoskeletal pain
  • Develop customized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functional performance
  • Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Track patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical goals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs
