About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and enhance its recruiting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's recruiting strategy, with a focus on attracting top talent in the crypto space. This role involves creating and executing diverse and inclusive hiring strategies, as well as analyzing and reporting on progress to team leads. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be tasked with facilitating a positive interview experience, developing repeatable processes, and leveraging automation where possible. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring junior team members and investing in the development of top talent across all roles. Applicants for the Head of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of technical and business recruiting experience, with a proven track record of building inclusive and diverse teams. Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle and the ability to proactively engage with niche talent are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for and leading teams that hire highly specialized technical talent, preferably with a background in crypto. A strategic, proactive, and data-driven approach to decision-making is required, as is the ability to think critically and make informed hiring decisions. The role demands a candidate who is excited about the prospect of building internal processes and programs from the ground up and is committed to the company's mission of driving adoption and understanding of the financial systems of the future.
