LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Emergency Medicine MD in Everett, Pennsylvania, 15537!

Emergency Medicine Locums Physician - Pennsylvania, Flexible 12-Hour Shifts

Hospital-based Emergency Medicine role in Pennsylvania; flexible 12-hour shifts with no call.

Highlights

  • Only 4 shifts / month; you choose the schedule
  • No call required; full downtime between shifts
  • Block scheduling available for extended coverage
  • Ongoing assignment with long-term potential

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient Emergency Department with Cerner EMR
  • ~19,000 annual ED visits
  • Work alongside APPs; MD signs off on charts
  • Mix of trauma and medical cases

    • Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts : 7a-7p or 7p-7a
  • Open to night shifts preferred
  • Minimum of 4 shifts per month

    • Cases and Procedures

  • All ages : pediatric through geriatric
  • Common EM procedures : intubation, central lines, chest tubes, laceration repair, I&D, reductions

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine (within 5 years)
  • EM residency completed
  • Active PA license or IMLC LOQ
  • ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Mileage, lodging, and rental car covered
