Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM ( 15% Shift Differential )

Key Responsibilities

Operate advanced semiconductor-processing equipment

Perform photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and related processes

Set up and maintain manual and computer-controlled machinery

Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components

Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

Experience using microscopes and strong manual dexterity

Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Preferred Experience

Cleanroom manufacturingbackground

Electronics assembly experience

Familiarity with semiconductor processes and computer systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15 / hr.
