Receptionist

Chapman Collision Center in Tempe is looking for a full time Receptionist to support the offices daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. The Receptionist is often the customers first point of contact and will need to be welcoming helpful and patient while assisting customers. The ideal candidate will display professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively. The Receptionist will report to the Office Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer phones listen to customer inquiries and direct calls to the proper department communicating in a professional warm and helpful manner
• Greet customers as they arrive and provide general information or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance
• Assist management with various clerical duties (sorting filing emails etc.)

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but well provide training!
• Collision center experience is a huge plus
• The ability to think from the customers perspective and show compassion while they navigate the repair process after an accident
• Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential as well as theability to maintain composure during stressful situations
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

This is an onsite position working in an office environment working with customers in person and over the phone. We are open Monday Friday 7:30am 5:30pm with two shifts available. We ask that all applicants have open availability to work during our business hours.
