Qualifications

• Ideally, two years of Nursing Home Experience.
• Admission Coordinator experience with Intermediate & Skilled Care Facilities
• Insurance verification
• Obra screening with Maximus
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with family and referral partners over the phone
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage referral process
• Make regular contact with referral partners
• In-depth knowledge of the admission process and Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care, and other payer types
• Complete admission of new residents
