The Juvenile Justice Therapist, or Crossroads Clinician will provide therapeutic interventions to youth aged 10-22 at-risk or involved in the juvenile justice system through individual and family counseling and clinical case management. Methods of delivery include office-based sessions, community-based sessions, such as schools or in-home, as well as telehealth.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred; licensure-eligible (registration with DORA) required.
• Skills required in family therapy interventions, crisis interventions, culturally competent interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other applicable treatment modalities, as well as understanding of child development, trauma, and abuse / neglect.
• Knowledge required of stages of change, motivational interviewing, substance abuse, and episodes of care.
• Ability needed to work independently and as a strong team player, and computer proficiency sufficient to utilize e-mail and electronic charting.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

Salary Grade 51 - Master’s Unlicensed Clinician $57,000 - $64,000

Salary Grade 52 - (Licensed Clinician LCSW, LMFT, LPC) $70,000 – $77,200
