    Our successful Automotive shop is looking for an Automotive service adviser to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and educating our customer on best practices. This could include teaching the most effective ways to generate leads, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals. You will be responsible for answering phones , scheduling appointments, calling customers and selling estimates and providing leadership .

    It is important that the team is held to the highest ethical standards, and we expect you to support those standards and practices. If you have a proven track record of leading a successful team, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

  • Effectively call customers and explain the benefits of the estimates and invoices.
  • Oversee the Teams day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of employee morale
  • Track prospective and existing customers using the companys preferred CRM from initial contact to closing the invoice and beyond
  • Foster high customer satisfaction with the car experience, encouraging referrals and repeat business
  • Track sales on a regular basis and forecast future sales

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of five years of automotive experience, with at least one year in a service adviser position , is preferred
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry and any local, state, or federal regulations that affect vehicle and / or the automotive industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office , NAPA Tracs , Auto Serve one and other basic computer programs
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
