Role : Deskside Support Engineer

Job Summary :
Deskside support engineering managing and providing site support. Act as POC for IT deskside support and Service Desk
Job Responsibilities :
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Hardware and software break fix support
Responding to client support requests.
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Account Management / Password reset.
Service Desk calls and Ticket Management.
