Our testing portfolio includes vitamins, minerals, contaminants, pesticides and shelf-life studies. We test of a variety of instrumentation and analytical technologies. (up to 25%) / liliFoster morale and teamwork / liliMaintains understanding of business unit processes and business unit trends. / liliDrive related strategic initiatives that contribute to a more data and process driven culture. / liliIdentifies system or procedural improvement opportunities and participates in their implementation. / liliConceives, designs, and manages specific LEAN projects to an efficient and timely completion. / liliIs able to work effectively in a matrix reporting structure. / liliWorks independently to support the leadership staff, while also : / liulliProviding reports and analysis of department metrics and management information / liliAssuring procedures are documents / liliDeveloping and / or improving standard functional process / procedures / liliInterfaces with key clients to establish mutually important performance measures. / liliTroubleshoot problems and provide input to staffing requirements and staff issues. / liliDrives process improvement initiatives. / liliTrains, mentors, and coaches others with data analysis and use of statistical tools and process excellence techniques. / liliEnhances project management skills and techniques; is able to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet commitments in an accurate and timely manner / liliDevelops and communicates business cases to support recommendations for change and develops controls to monitor the progress associated with implementation of the recommended changes. / liliContributes towards a cohesive team environment. / liliPerforms other related duties as assigned. / liliConducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner / liliPerforms other duties as assigned / li / ul / ulh3Qualifications / h3pTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
