Associate Director, Software Engineering

As a Associate Director, you will be an active practitioner with a human / organizational specialty. You will have achieved (at some point in their career) the senior level or higher in one of the engineering or test disciplines. Your expertise in software development and commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant solutions for our customers will guide your day to day. You will work with a variety of technologies and frameworks to complete tasks in an efficient manner. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovative solutions in an agile environment. You will mentor and advise your director reports to maximize their impact.
