We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, data-informed software systems that power Aspirion's strategic initiatives. This role blends deep engineering expertise with architectural leadership, focusing on building robust platforms that leverage data to drive intelligent automation, operational excellence, and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve CI / CD processes across multiple services and pipelines to accelerate development velocity
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to develop solutions
• Partner with Principal Engineers, and Product Management to define the technical solution roadmap
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions with accurate work effort estimations
• Create architectural designs focused on resilience, scalability, and performance
• Uphold the highest quality standards through rigorous application of software development best practices
• Participate in design and code reviews, offering insightful suggestions across products and teams
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
• Engage in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous process refinement

The US base pay range for this position starts at $140,000 / yr. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.

Salary Description

$140,000 - $170,000 annually
