A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Specialist to manage and settle moderately complex medical malpractice claims.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in the medical malpractice specialty area
Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and Public Adjusters, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
Prior experience in the medical malpractice specialty claims area
Ability to obtain necessary adjuster licenses as required
Knowledge of industry standards and claims processing
Computer experience with claims and business software
