Our program is open to students at various academic levels, from sophomores to seniors, providing you with hands-on experience and opportunities to grow. While we can't guarantee full-time positions, we are proud to share that over 80% of our top interns have transitioned into full-time roles at Dematic!

As a Finance Intern, you will develop invaluable skills in relationship management, communication, and project analysis while gaining technical expertise in accounting and finance. You'll engage with real-world challenges in areas such as General Accounting, Project Controlling, Operations Finance, Sales Controlling, and FP&A. Moreover, you'll attend weekly sessions with experienced Dematic leaders who will share their insights and guidance, empowering you to bring your ideas to life with the help of our mentors.

• The Rotational Intern Program runs year-round. Students must be available to work full-time during the summer and part-time throughout the school year, with flexible hours anticipated to be 15-20 hours per week.

The hourly pay range for this role is based on academic standing :

Sophomore : $18-$21 per hour

Junior : $19-$23 per hour

Senior : $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors such as location, student classification, and skills.
