As a Host, you'll be the first and last impression for pet parents, ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and tailored to their needs. Your role is a blend of hospitality, customer care, sales and service excellence, while surrounded by wagging tails.

Qualifications
- Passion for pets and comfort around dogs and cats
- Driven to elevate the client experience through excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with basic sales and upselling services
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Punctual and reliable with flexible availability (weekends / holidays)
- Tech-savvy enough to learn new software and systems
- Experience in hospitality, pet care, or retail is a plus
Responsibilities
Ensure a caring and compassionate experience for our pet parents through clear communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation.Exhibit genuine love and enthusiasm for pets, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our four-legged guests and their pet parents.Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of services offered and comfortably suggest the best services to meet clients' needs.Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to pet care, providing a seamless experience for both pets and pet parents.Answer phones, SMS, and email inquiries with professionalism and warmthManage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accuratelyMaintain client profiles and ensure accurate documentationConduct tours and answer new client questionsSupport membership sign-ups, package sales, and rebookingPartner with the Sales Lead to reinforce follow-up and lead conversionMaintain a high standard of cleanliness in the reception area to support a safe and healthy environment for clients and team
