JOB SUMMARY

The Sunnyside

• Assistant Store Manageris responsible for assisting in the management of all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with state law and Company standards. This position will provide support and oversight of all dispensary staff including talent selection training coaching development and enforcing adherence to standard operating procedures. The Assistant Store Manager should champion a strong culture that aligns with the companys core values and mission to normalize professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. The Assistant Manager is responsible for inventory management building customer loyalty ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location market compensation data skills experience and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$28.85 - $33.65 USD
