What You'll Do : Manage access control procedures at the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the premises. Provide customer service by assisting personnel and visitors with security-related inquiries and site-specific policies. Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and location management. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or breaches of site policies. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with law enforcement and / or emergency personnel as directed. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
