Associate Attorney

A highly respected mid-sized law firm—consistently ranked a Best Place to Work—is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Partners to join its teams in Los Angeles , San Diego , and San Francisco . A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent employer clients in single-plaintiff employment litigation (court and arbitration)
• Investigate claims and develop strategic approaches to defense
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle responses to administrative charges
• Appear at mediations, hearings, and trials / arbitrations as needed
• Maintain regular client communication and case management
