[job_card.job_description]Water and care for indoor and outdoor plants to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant. Monitor the condition of plants and report any issues. Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Report any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks to the property management team. Assist in ensuring the building complies with safety regulations. Assist with the turnover process between tenants, including cleaning and preparing rooms for new residents. Ensure that all rooms and common areas are in excellent condition for incoming tenants. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Report any damage or maintenance issues discovered during inspections. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Reliable transportation and punctual. Basic knowledge of plant care is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying supplies. Job Summary :
As a Porter at Ecco Living, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our buildings. Your role will include cleaning common areas, watering plants, performing building inspections, and assisting with turnovers between tenants. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine environment will contribute to the satisfaction and comfort of our residents.
