We are currently hiring Gurney Drivers for our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. This role is ideal for individuals with full availability who are looking to make a real difference by safely transporting gurney-bound passengers to and from medical facilities.
As a Gurney Driver, you’ll be more than a driver—you’ll be a lifeline for patients in need of safe, respectful, and timely transportation.
In this physically active role, you’ll assist passengers who require gurney transport, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety during each trip. This position requires out-of-state travel , rotational on-call availability , and the ability to pass a physical examination to meet the demands of lifting and maneuvering gurney-bound individuals.
Responsibilities :
- Safely transport gurney-bound passengers to and from medical appointments using company vehicles.
- Assist passengers with care, compassion, and professionalism.
- Properly secure gurneys, wheelchairs, and other medical equipment to ensure safety and comfort during transit.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical readiness in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with passengers and healthcare professionals.

Full availability , including rotational on-call shifts and willingness to travel out of state .Ability to lift, maneuver, and transport passengers on gurneys safely and consistently.Successful completion of a pre-employment physical exam .Strong communication and customer service skills.Demonstrated reliability and a genuine passion for serving the community.Experience handling medical transport equipment is preferred but not required—training is provided.
