Execute the annual compensation cycle and performance management processes

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on offer development and year-end awards planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
4+ years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or related roles
Experience with compensation systems and cross-functional project management
Strong analytical skills
Ability to engage and motivate employees and teams
