:POSITION: Part-Time English as a Second Language (ESOL) Tutor (Special Programs Coordinator): Cener for Adult Education; Lawrence Campus (45 Franklin Street); MCCC/MTA Unit Professional Position; up to 12 hours/week, 10-month academic year only (8 weeks off for summer).
SUMMARY: Northern Essex Community College seeks a part-time English as a Second Language (ESOL) Tutor to support students enrolled in non-credit ESOL courses on our Lawrence campus. The successful candidate will provide academic tutoring and learning support to ESOL students to promote language development and academic success.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm - 8:00pm; 10-month academic year only
This position is scheduled for up to 12 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters, with a reduced schedule during the winter intersession and summer semesters, for a total of ten months per year.
