Malcolm Drilling has been innovating and leading the deep foundation industry for over six decades. As part of our deep foundations, retention systems, and ground improvement services, we also provide a range of special applications and dewatering techniques. By implementing Design / Build, we execute projects quickly and effectively, allowing for timely collaboration with owners and contractors. Through our regional offices, we offer these services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and evaluating bids for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Generate and manage purchase orders and invoices
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely material deliveries to job sites.
• Track incoming shipments and reconcile deliveries with purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain up-to-date supplier records.
• Support the procurement of construction-related items including concrete, lumber, and rebar.
• Ensure all purchases align with budget constraints and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and vendor optimization.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, insurance requirements, and vendor qualifications.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement and project management teams.
