Accounting Clerk

Description

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general accounting functions. Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Payable : Manage and process vendor invoices, reconcile discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable : Process customer invoices, handle collections, apply payments, and reconcile AR accounts on a regular basis.
• General Ledger Support : Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts, journal entries, and month-end activities.
• Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Data Entry : Input financial and account data into accounting systems with precision and speed.
• Reporting : Prepare routine financial reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and streamline accounting processes.
• Provide general administrative accounting support to ensure seamless financial operations.
