As a Lead Product Manager, Growth, you will lead the product roadmap for one of our key treatment categories, examples include Sexual Health, Weight Management, Hair Regrowth, Mental Health, Skin Care, and Testosterone Support.

You Will :

• Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features.
• Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to users and the business incrementally.
• Consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to accelerate the adoption of treatments.
• Guide and support a team of engineers to help them achieve the right balance between enabling growth and ensuring a stable and accurate experience for our users.
• Help influence short to long-term roadmaps, and drive long-term scalability, balancing with day-to-day improvements.
• Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment.
