You support the design, administration, and execution of compensation programs, ensuring equity, compliance, and operational excellence. You collaborate cross-functionally to manage data, conduct analysis, and facilitate communication related to compensation processes and systems.
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends. Review compensation actions in Workday while ensuring internal equity is considered and offers are consistent with job leveling. Assist with annual and mid-year compensation process administration in Workday Conduct regulatory audits and reports including FLSA and OFCCP Manage Payfactors tool including training, data updates, troubleshooting. Support Business Partners with various requests and provides consultation to assist with business needs. Regularly conduct data integrity audits. Track, research, and resolve compensation related queries. Support in administration of existing compensation plans. Participate in salary surveys and analyzes data from survey sources to determine competitiveness. Complete ad-hoc requests as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or equivalent professional experience Five or more years of compensation analysis experience Experience working with global compensation. Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel including : pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions, etc. Proficiency in organizing, summarizing, and analyzing large data sets. Ability to create effective compensation and financial models, budgets, reports, and presentations. Experience with Workday including advanced compensation module
