Collections Agent

A company is looking for a Collections Agent to assist homeowners through inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect payments to reduce overall portfolio delinquency according to guidelines

Participate in outbound dialer campaigns and comply with regulations and internal policies

Provide outstanding customer service and assess reasons for delinquency to discuss workout options

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in Finance and Accounting preferred

Minimum two years of experience in consumer relations, customer service, or collections in a call center

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

General computer proficiency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
