POSITION SUMMARY
At STRATA Trust Company, our Operations Associates are trusted with work that requires accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing client account transactions and maintaining accurate records that support our clients, partners, and internal teams. Your work directly impacts the integrity of our operations and the experience our clients receive.
This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way every time, follows established processes, and understands that precision matters in a regulated financial services environment. You'll work closely with your team and have access to training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Waco office (7901 Woodway Drive) with a consistent Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM schedule, including Banker's holidays. We offer competitive compensation designed to reward strong performance, reliability, and long-term contribution.
