The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will follow care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering patient care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.
• Implementing care plans developed by Registered Nurses.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation aligned with care plans.
• Providing education and information to patients and families based on diagnoses and care plans.
• Coordinating home health services and communicating patient needs to appropriate disciplines.
• Following all infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Utilizing medical equipment and supplies effectively.
• Engaging in personal and professional development.
• Adhering to agency standard operating procedures for documentation submission.

Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly pay range of $20.00 to $35.72 based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.
